Samsung usually bundle emoji updates through their own updates. But it's not on my phone at the moment. Apple devices of course should have this for a while now. Windows 10 ka to pucho mat. Windows 11 might get it in a few months.

Android does show it in apps that incorporate the emojicompat thingy. I can see this emoji in Chrome and Gmail for instance.
