previous android one devices were supported by google directly.

but the new android one found in new devices like Mi A1 are supported by xiaomi directly.

no idea tbh about new android go and android one. tho I'll assume android go apps will be directly updated thru play store so no worries
 


well the os has to be updated as well. google cannot possibly update it through the play store.
mi and Nokia have good track record with releasing updates so far. what about these shitty companies like Lava and Micromax.
