I wouldn't hold my breath. All the devices getting Android 6.0 has 2GB RAM. Second gen Android One devices, maybe. But for 1st gen devices, I really doubt it's coming.

I have never come up with requirement that 6.0 needs 2 GB RAM. Is it mentioned anywhere. I remember that 5.X was supporting even 512 MB RAM devices.

And no it's not mentioned anywhere, just my guess.

Micromax Spark 2 has 768 MB RAM...... Pretty sure some be will be around with 512 MB.
