Get "Turn on WiFi Automatically" Feature for Nexus 5X/6P on Android Oreo

i wanted this feature but too lazy to install adb.

Got the update last.night, notification side pull up drawer in white looks horrible.
No improvement in battery life..my phone SOT was 3 hrs and 8min with 8% remaining, usage was on chrome mostly.

based on my moto turbo experience, some of the devices on the list might get oreo when android p is on the verge of becoming outdated. some might not even get it.
