Sounds in Space is an open sourced mobile toolkit that allows you to curate your own location-based audio experience.
The app takes signals about the user’s position within the space and curates a bespoke soundtrack for the user based on their movements. It’s a bit like a soundscape that changes depending on where you are or how you are moving.
Developed by Google’s Creative Lab, the app allows artists, galleries, musicians, museums and others to create new kinds of audio experiences using Google’s AR development platform, ARCore.
