i get low ost because my phone stays on idle for too long and i end up charging once every two days at an average.

i also have gps, wi-fi and location turned on 24x7. and since cellular signal is weak in my basement, i am guessing that does not help.

My WIFi is also on all the time but location only on during Uber time. Location service always eats battery yaar :\

I would carry a power bank than disable a super useful feature on the phone to save a few % of the battery over a full charge.
