i am not seeing anything paid. i did remember something that was most definitely an audio ad. but i am getting time based recommendations.

My question was basically that can I pay for a subscription like Apple Music or Spotify to stream songs form GPM's library?

after around 24 hours, it is back again!

i can search for stuff and start a radio. doesn't look like i can start playing any song of my choice that is not in my personal library.

Google play music seems of no use till they launch streaming plans. also they haven't launched family plans in India till now.

I agree with @kumararvind .I took a trail of google play music USA subscription,its good and you also get youtube red too but its expensive 10 usd per month.
