Google Services not loading on Airtel Broadband and 3G?

Airtel 3g network in delhi is also down.

So much for my plans of using mobile as backup connection.

Is the issue just related to google or other sites as well ? coz Airtel's international routes via Delhi seem to be working just fine.

I was not able to open any site at 2 different times yesterday. First it was at around 8pm, Laptop showed limited connectivity. Then again at around 1am it went dead.
