Man, this is the 3rd or 4th topic with the same issue 
It's usually a *** temporary *** problem, probably in BSNL's (or their gateway providers') routers, or maybe something to do with DNS... so it should resolve itself "shortly" (wait for a few hours or a few days)
But I like to think this is some Government conspiracy to spy on all our Gmail and Yahoo mail
