Dear Mr. Sibal, First get some scanners for Central govt depts. So that they scan each and every document and ensure 'Zero Loss' of files.

Cloud backup too in case of accidental fires!
Make that double cloud backup in case it rains or if there is a cloudburst ;)
Edit: Addendum

Well to be honest, the temporary BSNL connection I took in my Village (not far, about 60 Kms from the main Bangalore city) had better latency & speeds. The SNR was much higher than my connection in Bangalore (I don't remember the actual values because this was over an year now, almost 2 now) + the rural plans were very reasonably priced for my temporary usage (although with low FUP). I disconnected the connection at my village because of non-usage & in Bangalore because of unreliability !
but then from what i know there were only about 2-3 connections in the entire village (including the connection to the Govt. Hospital) & the village was recently connected with the fiber network, because of it also being the Gram Panchayat or something
