Amazon Germany is taking PC preorders. GTA V is coming to PC without a doubt, it's only a matter or time.
The best GTA experience has always been on PC, and GTA has always had fantastic PC sales, I doubt they're gonna give it up any time soon.

I am sort of confused. This game launches around the time of the launch of X1 and PS4. And this game is not designed for these two consoles?

The time this game was almost ready, next gen consoles were not announced. Maybe will get a poorly optimised port for X1, PS4 and PC soon after.I kinda enjoyed the gameplay trailer. Not impressed by last gen graphics. Its gonna look even shittier on current consoles.
