Graphic Card Question

i have a pc with Asus m2n-mx-se motherboard & 2gb ram. now i want a graphics card. but it has pcie 1.0 slot. so if a card with pcie 2.0 tech will work in it??if it does which will be the best of the following. i hav budget arround rs 4500. nvidia 9500 512mb gddr3ati hd 4650 512mb gddr3PLS REPLY...........

Id suggest 4650 , yes a PCI-E 2.0 card would work , but at PCI-E 1.0 speeds
