This week was a pleasant surprise… I had this issue with the settings of my phone… when I called the CC they were not only knowledgeable but also very helpful… had to acknowledge and compliment Aircel on this
They dont have enough resources i guess. I called customer care to collect the bill 3 times but they never send any executive to collect. They dont have online bill pay facility and no drop box with 8 kms radius from my home. I hate to go to there center to pay bill on the other side Airtel and Vodafone bill i pay using selfcare.

btw "settings of my phone" is not an issue at all to be relate with CC of aircel, try to lost ur sim & ask for replacement...... then you might taste the real flavour of Aircel
I can bet ur from Aircel just opened this account to post that particular msg & then never return back
