Guys Help regarding plan change !!!

I gave request to change my broadband plan from home 500 to UL750

on march 1st I saw the change of plan on bbservice page and I also confirmed by calling bsnl

after a few days whhen I checked the usage , I saw that I was being charged for the download

has my plan changed or not ???.

Check again usage today .still in Home 500.You could have avoided heavy downloads in daytime.before confirming the plan change.The speed for 750 is only max 32 KB/sec (*conditions apply)Your day downloads not possible with new plan. Usually all plan changes will be effected only on 1st of each month. Since the usage page shows Provisioned,you may not be charged.
