I don't have that plan yet but as its name suggests and what some users have told me it is up to 10 mbps plan so speed fluctuates between 100-600 kbps, thats the download speed you get 24/7. But nevertheless its a fantastic deal to grab.

So whos got this line.... ?And downtime/DC tht you may be facing ?Also, what is total charges you people are paying, my local operator is willing to give me this line for 1000Rs. per month....
