@awemonk have one query since its postpaid so do we need to pay the same month after a plan expires ? Am also from kolkata. just a bit confused about this. does it work the same as jio fiber prepaid ? Like if I dont recharge for a month do I need to pay any custody charges ?

@awemonk the sales representative is asking for advance rental so will it be a prepaid connection ? he is telling it will be a postpaid connection. confused af

You'd need to pay for your first connection/cycle in advance (here you have the option to pay for 1 month, which will incur installation charges, or you can pay for 3 months or more which will remove any installation charges), yes, even postpaid. After that, it's business as usual.

Recharged yesterday for 6 months plan and got around 5 months of validity. I wonder how many people has Airtel scammed with this "bug". Can I complain on pgportal or something? Not in the mood of emailing them so they can do it again.
