Has anyone got less validity with new 499 6 month and 12 month offer

@blueman24 what do you mean 'around 5 months'...be specific..how many days short? They take 1 month = 30 days. If there's a shortfall call 121 and complain.
 
I said around 5 months because their hopeless app first shows plan valid till 7 June, now it's showing 9 June. Right now it says 151 days left which is more than 5 months but not 6.
 
It happened with me too.All we have to do is call them as by default the 3004 recharge converts to 589/month plan, call them and they will convert it to 6 month plan which is 3004.
It only happens if you recharge after your validity of 6 months ends.
 
I have recharge it for 3004 rupees for 6 months but only get 5 months validity. How do you guys solve this problem
 
@Sashin wait for a day or two. If the validity doesn't show up correctly even then. Raise a complaint with the Airtel Customer care team, they will resolve this.
 
I recharged on 2 Mar for 30 days services were suspended today. Earlier they said its valid for 29 days / 28 days etc. Later was provided 2 days extension. THey have no provision to convert it to postpaid.
 
The same problem happened to me today,
I subscribed a 6 months plan end up getting only 5 months of validity.

What should I do ?
