I had opted for 6 months Airtel Broadband plan ending on 18th of January, 2025 but they disconnected it on 18th of Dec, 2024. When I called they extended it till 6th of January and told me that I have to call again on 6th of Jan to extend it further by 12 days. When I called today they refused telling me that another waiver is not possible till I recharge again . I do not know where I am wrong as I paid for 6 months ending 18th January. What should I do?
