Hathway broadband question

I've got a small question to users of hathway broadband i asked hathway themselves but they had no clue of what i was asking
I want to know if hathway caches google youtube playstore and torrents
if yes then does the cached speeds continue after fup limit is over?
Currently i am using 7 star broadband and they stopped torrent caching and youtube caching in my area so i am planning to move.
