Hi All, I got the solution for it. Actually it is a grounding issue. My TV has 3 Pins plug but hathway box has only 2 pins (no grounding). After removing the grounding pin from the TV plug, it worked fine. This solution was provided by the Samsung Service Engineer.

Grounding PIN does pick up electric noise causing disturbance on TV screen, but it should have occured with any device connected to TV or with terrestial/cable. Thanks for sharing, & Its good that your issue has been solved
Its actually a "Ground Looping Issue" in the video, you might have also faced a humming sound from your TV. I would suggest use a high quality RCA cable and a surge protector for your co-ax.
