I contacted many other people in Hathway. I am told that if there is no addition of any new HD channels within a month, they will take the HD STB back. Fingers crossed. After talking to many people I have realized that it will take a very long time for Hathway to add Star HD channels. Those who are looking for Star Cricket HD and ESPN HD can just forget about it.

yup. as the days go by Hathway sucks even more. The deal breaker for me is the absence of auto volume leveling in the box. Some channels are ridiculously loud while others are inaudibly soft. And the lack of a universal remote means I have to constantly use both remotes to reach an optimal audio level for a channel. Have to adjust both TV as well as STB volume all the time. Its sort of tolerable when you know what channel and show you want to watch. But if you gonna go channel surfing this box will drive you mad. Added to it the start up in menu issue I have spoken about before; so I am absolutely sure that this box is going to be replaced once its subscription is up. (Unless software update gets in auto volume leveling for channels and the start up menu issue and maybe more HD channels are added . . . . . .highly unlikely to be fulfilled wishlist)

Ok, it seems like i have missed out what happened here.....Whats happened Gopibhai? Why r u asking for money back? We thought u were happy with ur connection, and atleast i was thinking on it seriously, if D2h behaved more & more wierdly.

I am happy with the connection but my only concern is missing Star HD channels and Star Cricket and ESPN HD. I came to know that it will be a while before they add these channels. I also came to know that hathway management is acting dumb and are lazy and they are not taking any initiatives to add any new channels.

There is no volume on Colors HD. Is anyone facing the same issue?
