Hathway HD in Pune

Sound on StarCricket HD in Pune is working for me.I am using Home Theatre system, but sound on this channnel is not Dolby (PCM).After Hathway started StarCricket HD, then removed Zee Studio HD.....@hathway helpline, when all 20 HD channels in Pune will be up and running? only 8 are working now.
Hathway HD Pune (kothrud) is showing only 8 HD channels. when all 20 channels will be up and running?when contacted helpdesk, they have no idea...only answer given is work is going on and will be shown next week.....I am hearing this for last 3 months....After paying 6666/- for HD connection and not seen any new HD channels added in last 4 months is absolute poor performance by Hathway. Others are showing 22 channels in all locations...@hathway_helpline - any idea, when all 20 channles will be up and running in Pune? Now, digitization in mumbai is done, so this should have increased the bandwidth to distribute these channels in Pune.

Hathway HD Pune is showing 15 channels in Kothrud area. Hathway HYD and other areas are shwoing 22 HD channels.@hathway_helpline - any idea, when all 20 channles will be up and running in Pune? Hathway HD Pune (Kothrud) has now added 4 new channels in EPG - Zee Cinema HD, TEN HD, History TV HD and CNBC HD. But these are still not up and running.
Only 16 HD channels are up and running.
Now, they removed Dolby 5.1 sound from all channels.

When Romedy Now+ (HD) will be shown in Hathway Pune? It appears that this channel is already started in Mumbai.
In Pune, I am getting message "Service is blocked(4)" for HBO Defined HD and HBO Hits HD channels. Both channels were running propoerly a month back. Any solution to fix this problem? Hathway customer care is unable to resolve this for more than a week. They are saying feed is not coming from Mumbai.

HBO Defined and HBO Hits are subscription based channels. You need to pay Rs69/month to get the channels.

Yes, and the rates will go up to 120 per channel next month. They were free only for a month!
