MTNL Mumbai Having 30-40 disconnects each day, and ping is way too high to local cs servers.

As the title says, my ping has been way to high for the past few months (wasn't the case before that), until one day the ping spiked up and my internet started having random disconnects every few minutes (checking from my router page).
I tried tracing one of the csgo servers (local community ones) and this is what i got:

the ping jump in the first hop itself is way too high.
Also, a few days ago the ping came back to normal (first time in several months), but that lasted only for a day. can anyone help me, and is there anything i can do from my side? i want to make sure everything from my side is clear before i complain to them. thanks!
 
mtnl is giving alot of issues recently dont know whats wrong with them.
my connection is totally down from last 3 days.
regarding your issue,
the high ping is very common on erricsson server(ip series 59.185).
the only thing you can do is call on 12540 and ask them about your issue.
 
Most of my friends on Ericsson have excellent latency! Me included :D

65ms to the sg IP mentioned above :D
 
Its their problem...... all u can do is chk with another router or chk mtnl connection at frnds house in same area.....

If ur profile speed is 2048 kbps downstream..... ask them to increase it to 2248 kbps...... it had helped me get my ping down several yrs ago....

I had the same 60-70ms ping at first hop......... reseting the profile or chging to 2248 kbps solved my ping problem then...... first hop came down to 18ms......

Now on 8Mbps...... first hop is 6ms.... :D

Lodge complaint....... take tracert copy of multiple known websites to exchange....... show them the first hop pings.....
 
Right. There seems to be some relation between the first hop (local gateway) and sync rates at mtnl.

That prolly explains why we all started getting great latency after switching to 8mbps.
 
i seriously wonder why the hell there is ao much differences with MTNL services.
at some places exceptional service and at my place no service -.-
