Hollywood addon is only for mobile plans. It's a single addon that includes all international content including hbo max.

hbo max is bundled for jio fiber customers i suppose as i am on 300 mbps plan and its content is loading for me.

i think this addon might be for telecom pack subscribers or non jio customers
