i did both the scans.....but iam receving channel n0:404 is P test only....what can i do now..................................

It is reported as HBO for me ...I have a feeling that when the updating of our STB software is done by Sun direct,it may not be perfect sometimes for some STB.
Try switching off and switching on the STB from the power socket .It is called cold start.

Also do a factory reset.....you will see HBO then
