Help fix constant disconnection in MTNL broadband

Hi,
I am on MTNL Broadband 1mbps unltd plan. I am facing constant disconnection issue.
My line stats are:

you snr margin is quite low and attenuation is too high, contact line man and tell him to install a clean line, look for any joints in wire

Ur speed is low for 1Mbps..... u need atleast 1024 in downstream Data Rate

Line means the wire from our modem to the box on pole near our house? Or MTNL exchange side?

Getting the underground wire changed is next to impossible. Usually changing line from pole fixes issues, else ask them to change port in their server (I have no clue what this means).

I think thts wht increased my ping to gateway......... Was at 14-15ms earlier(last yr) now constant at 55-60ms
