No it can't bypass the cap.

It's possible your LCO's OLT is infected and misusing your connection, but I don't know how that might be.

Seems possible but I didn't had any UL?DL data caps or connection going off while my FUP lasted in paste few days as reported by many here

Do you have IPv6 enabled? For me over IPv6 the speed remains uncapped.

Sorry if I missed this, but have you have confirmed that your speed is indeed capped to 2 Mbps?

Yep bro, actually after reading your IPv6 uncapped spped post I tried to enable IPv6 a few day ago after FUP expired but enabling it gives me an IPv6 link whose status is always down.

And in the connection log, do you see any overlapping sessions? Meaning if two different devices have logged during the same time frame? BSNL should ideally be disabling simultaneous logins but you never know.

Overlapping sessions?

Well since the beginning to today all were from same mac address albeit different in two digits shown on my ONTS admin page

Well right now I am exhausted, I will go through logs again, because it has got me really curious how can one download 22+ Gb from @ Mbps( I am pretty sure bsnl hasn't pulled up ipv6 distribution in my area)

Moriarty shall be..shall be caught
