@abhinavmail1 Bsnl bill always generates in between first week of every month and it is available on BSNL Portal . You can easily create account and get bill pdf in 2mins . Paper bill will reach to your house after date15th.
Can you please try it and share screenshots now?

1. so, no Rs250 voice activation charge or clip charge or any other extra charge ? Look at second page, adjustment section. Few guys have been charged Rs250 voice activation and few charged for clip charge Rs529. I want to know have bsnl charged you for any such thing. I specially want to see your bill's adjustment section.

hi op here(made a new account)

@varkey to my surprise my PPPoE psswd is not one of the default list(password,password123,etc) , I dumped my psswd from the router's config file

but even if someone had my PPPoE creds as I already crossed FUP thresold they shouldn't get that much speed to download 57 gb in 8 hrs

I thought maybe it was some error due to botnet mess but today when I checked again I have consumed 37 GB data in 2 hours at @ 2 Mbps speed according to bsnl fuptopup page

Right now I am standing at 1 TB of total usage(withing 10 days of this month)

btw, today my ont was behaving weird for a while my PON green light was blinking, altho internet was working fine and Rx power fell from -8 dBm to -14 dBm

my modem psswd is not default one and I have indirectly disabled an TR-ITMS stuff

Is your speed now limited to 2 Mbps? I understand that there is the 750 GB FUP, but is the speed actually limited for you?

Also, go to the self care portal and check if any session timings overlap.

They did not charged me with any clip or voice activation charge.
Iam using 1277 rs 100mbps plane.

BB SEssion billed usage stuck on the loading screen, going round and round and showing nothing but cumulative usage is showing 1 TB , same for unbilled
