Help me connect my router

I booked my bsnl a week back, & now I have the wire to my room. Since I have my own ADSL modem I didnt opt for BSNL provided modems. Now I need some help connecting it right.

I am trying to use username as: pita10@dataone.in and pass as: ****

is the username format right or is it just pita10???

which router did u get from BSNLuser name :adminpassword: admin/password

By this time you could have tried both and reached a result
pita10@dataone.in or pita10@bsnl.in.
Did you get a slip showing your ID and password for your acct ?
call 1800 424 1600 and confirm.
