Help me to understand the Bill

Hi, I took the New BB 750 Combo + connection on 24th Sep.i got the bill on 7th October..But i dont understand the bill ...can u explain? before taking the connection itself i paid 500 rs in BSNL Exchange they charged like this :NON OYT.TELEAPLN.DEPOSIT = 500 ( what is this? i already paid 500 deposit ryt ? )DEBIT ADJUSTMENT DETAILS :ADV RENTAL DEPOSIT = 500 ( ???????)NPC-INST CHARGES=500 = 1000 ( WHY 500 = 1000???CONFUSED LOT..aLSO NO iSTALLATION RYT nOW? )Security deposit = 750 ( this is fine - one month Bill amnt )

I would suggest you to visit accounts officer and get the bill rectified. You can find account officers address in your telephone bill.
