Help me!!!!

I had given application to change my bb plan from 250 to Home 500. The lady over there told me that it would take a day or two to change the plan. Then I checked portal on 3rd of this month. It was showing 500 plan. So I called cust care to confirm it. They told me the same. So I downloaded approx 1.5GB during night hours on 4rth. But those are shown as countable units on portal. So I went to exchange. The subdivisional engg told me that I should have confirmed first with the exchange and not to believe on portal or cust care.Now my problem is I have downloaded 1.5GB on that day.My 500 plan got activated from 5th.So how will be my billing?Will be separate for different plans?How much data transfer I can do?Is it like (1GB / 30days) * 4days +(2.5GB / 30days) * 26days= ?ORI will hv to pay extra for 1.5GB?Please reply.........:confused:

You have got the Maths right. You will have to pay for the extra usage and next bill will be billed according to the figures you have mentioned.

To avoid a huge bill, a written complaint with receipt to Nodal officer and appellate authority. Address and Phone no on the backside of your bill. Please save your portal page showing plan change as a proof for later period. I think you missed the effective date and provisioned status while checking the portal.
