Help Needed frnds

i hav wa3002g1 modern cofigured as folllows...it is connected with of of my laptop(a) to acess net ..i hav another laptop(b) which is connected to moderm using wifi..but i m not able to acess net...i can only open 192.168.1.1 page in my other laptop(b)...the cofig are as follows interface setup internet lan virtual ckt pvc0 ip address 192.168.1.1 status activated sub 255.255.255.0vpi 0 dynamic routr rip-b direction nonevci 35 multicast diabled atm qos ubr dhcp enabledpcr 0 starting ip 192.168.1.33scr 0 ip count 32mbs 0 lease time 259200isp bridge mode dns avail use auto dns server only encap 1483 bridged ip llc wirelessacess point activatedssid xzbroadcast ssid yeschannel id channel062437mhzauth type wep64 wep key..........beacon interval 100rts/cts 2347fragmentation 2346dtim 3802.11 b/g 802.11b+g this is my config...when i change isp from bridge mode to pppoa mode.... my net doesent work.....what changes should be made now??

first of all, it should be pppoE mode not pppoA, secondly make sure you provide correct username and password

thats what i m telling u wen i slect ppoe/ppoa option my net does not get connected....its only works when its in bridge mode!!

What is the OS you are using in laptop (a) and (b)?The Calcutta telephones web site has all the details for wireless network. select multiusers from the menu.It is always better to go through all the menu choices.Para two : In both laptopsnetwork/Lan/Properties/TCP/IP propertiesAssign IP automatically assign dns 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222( for all ISPS)Connect each laptop separately to ether net port and try.Then try the Wireless stuff.If possible post the modem's Diagnostics page .IP address should not be same for laptops. Default gateway is same 192.168.1.1

could it be one of those VCI/VPI settings which are off a bit... check those

i m using windows xp sp 2 in both the laptops..in ppoe/ppoa mode its asking for user name and password....by defaults username is test....what user name aand password should be entered here...???
