Help Needed Regarding Plan Change

Hello Guys This is my first post in this forum. I need Your help.I made an application to Bsnl on 28/4/08 regarding my plan change from 900+ UL to Home 1000.They are saying that Computer is not accepting request regarding plan change due to some linking problems.And that i should come next week to sort that problem.And if my plan changes it will be from June.Any of you guys can help me with it.Would appreciate it .Sorry forget to mention I live in Nanded (Mahrashtra)

whatever you do don't use the plan until you are confirmed about the plan change.look for these---1.speeds will increase from 256kbps(30-32KBps) to 2mbps(210-230KBps).2.in bsnl portal(if you are a new user)your plan will show as home1000 & status as provisioned.3.still always confirm from some senior bsnl official(preferably DE's office at local exchange or AO(accounts officer) ) about plan change.if there is some technical problem then not much can be done because if plan change request is not accepted by system you will get the bill as per old plan & your plan will not change.
