Help needed urgent

Hi

I have subscribed for 849 NU pack. Last night i switched on the modem at 00:30 to utilize unlimited period.However for some reason the usage is still adding up in the accounted column. It gets added to my grand total of accounted download.

Since my session started after 00:00 hrs it should be zero or -

I am using bridge mode.

I login at a different portal for 2764****@a users. Here usage details are mentioned in a different manner.

maybe some mumbai user can help! why not check the mtnl forum for some similar thread!? i think i saw one very similar to this!:thumb:

have you checked whether your plan has been changed to 849NU? you can do that on MTNL webpage.
