For the TP you have mentioned, you need to have following details to scan channels from that TP
1. LNB Frequency : 5150 MHz (for reception of C-Band channels)
2. Frequency (Mhz) : 03820
3. Symbol Rate : 27500
4. Polarisation : V (Vertical polarity. 'V' is mentioned on Lyngsat website. For TP's mentioned 'H', you should select 'H' for Horizontal polartity reception)
5. 22 Khz : N/A (Doesn't matter you set it On/Off, as it is used only for Ku-band reception)
6. 12 V : N/A (This also should not matter as it is used to power the multi-switch used for reception of more then 1 satellite)
7. DISEQC : Off (assuming you are not using DiSEqC DiSEqC - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, if you are using you should set as ON and select the port number to which dish is connected)
8. Search Mode : FTA (If you don't want to scan encrypted channel)
9. PID : No (Used to enter values of Video [VPID] and Audio [APID] values to scan any particluar channel, you can set it as No)

I assume you are using C-band dish+LNB for reception of Asiasat 4 C-band signals.
