The service can be activated by the subscriber himself using handset's call divert feature. The calls are to be diverted, on not available and busy, to short code 53434.
This service is made available by MTNL free of cost to all its Post-paid & Prepaid subscribers.
A SMS would be sent to the subscriber of this service whenever a call is missed by him due to being out of coverage area or being busy .
The SMS would contain the number(s) from which call has been missed, the date and time of the call and the number of missed calls from each number.
