help required for dis installtion

hi tech experts i am from delhi. i want to set up my own private dish. i do not want the dish from Tata Sky and dish.

i want the help regarding to set up my own dish please tell

1) what size of dish i should buy and from where i should buy in delhi.
2) what reciver and setup box.
3) a place and a person from where i can get the my own personal dish.

i want the recieve the channels from european and russian Satellites
well. i am ready to buy a seperate dish for them as well..

i want to recieve all sort of channels. in my private dish..
