Help required in getting a brodband

I know nothing about broadband(literally!!!)Now coming to the point, I am trying to get a 499 Unlimited plan, Iam living in Jammu Satwari. But that is quite irrelevant I guess,Just tell me what is the procedure to get one.P.S. I have no landline either so help me for the whole process...Thanks in advance

Online would connection subscription would be better for me as I don't want to go the the office

How does having a landline matter ? Take a combo plan and save on the landline rent.
