Help samsung GT 7562 bug!

I am unable to remove a file transfer which is showing.The os is andriod 4.0.4.It says "ongoing" and the file name.jpg.I have restarted the phone,removed sim,battery but it still shows the ongoing file transfer.How can i remove itps:i hate mobile phones and this is not my phone

i dont know anything about these unsmart hell phones.The file was a jpg being downloaded from facebook.THe source file is not present in the phone yet it shows in the "ongoing" tab this file transfer.

take a screenshot post here.
search for download folder delete the ongoing download.
