Soon there will be PIL for this. How can you block basic services?

Btw if I am not wrong riots did not happen till Modi was CM. And so now it means, going back to it?!
 
Sometimes this is necessary, but blocking phones signals is not good.

Anyways Govts snoop in everything, why wont they do it and catch the perpetrators or rumor mongers
