High court rules cattles on road cant be blamed for accidents. The driver is responsible!

So if the driver can prove that, he will be let go.
 
arrest that buffalo and put it behind the bars.
and no its not the fault of the driver,not even a tiny bit.just because you cant put the blame on animal doesnt mean you have to put it on the driver.this is insane and not even funny anymore.it was for first 10 minutes,but not now.
