It's mostly a disk cache, do a SHIFT+F5.

I did F5+shift. Btw using VPN, its opening smooth af.

@Lolita_Magnum what might be the issue now? Using any VPN with location sgp fixes the loading time.

It's possible, that the route to sgp is different. Regardless, without hands-on diagnosis, finding the real reason is just impossible.

@Lolita_Magnum @havoc as you both guys know I use free internet with Airtel with having static IP. But Airtel is giving me higher pings, late response and packet loss to gateway server and other websites,games. I am thinking to recharge my Airtel account, it will definately remove the free thing that is working, but is there any chances that the pings and other stuff come back to normal state, on pppoe. Previously I had pppoe and gateway ping was just 4-5ms. Please mention your opinion on this.

I mean sure if you do prefer airtel to your current Jio then go for it. But ask your LCO about the current airtel connection, or see a test run on his office or something.
Free internet is not good unless everyone is able to use it.
