Well the guy did totally unrelated tests. Speedtest servers are separate from game servers. You should have mentioned the problem and asked him to escalate to higher ups if he didn't understood the issue. It's probably a routing issue.

I loaded the game and in-game ping is 77 ms even though using ping test on command prompt gives 156 ms, on Asia server.

@Sweetcorn5 I've played the Fortnite today. I'm getting approx. 50 - 60ms ping between this. I'm not sure which server i'm connected to but i think it is Bahnair Server as per my thinking because that's what used to give 80ms but now it gives 50ms.

So, I think Fortnite servers got more stable in BSNL FTTH. But, getting Diff. by 0ms - 1ms players still exist so try your luck to never face them :p

Got a new BSNL connection today, Good to see that I got Public Dynamic IP with IPv6. But while pinging 1.1.1.1, the latency fluctuates from 30ms to 100+ms. Checked the Tx and Rx power and got this:
Is this OK or are the powers too high and is causing this issue?

@AD2011 Are you facing some type of issues while using the applications which you generally use or while doing Gaming (if you do), If not, your connection likely to have any issue with it. But, if you are facing issues, Checkout below steps to see

Try to check if other DNS like Google, Quad9, BSNL etc. If they are giving stable latency, it can be BSNL end issue with Cloudflare. Restart your router once and see if it fixes or not.

For 1.1.1.1 DNS to fluctuate, It can be various reasons. Like :
1. Connectivity : Not stable connection with electronic device. Try to use LAN or 5GHz wifi. If you are using, good :D
2. Stability : Looks like your connection is stable. Rx & Tx power are perfect. Temperature is Appx. 50*C which is bit high but routers can handle it mostly.
3. Backend issue : You need to ask BSNL Officer whether there is some issue at backend or not. Mostly, Backend issue is the reason for higher latency at Cloudflare DNS.

If you think issue is still there, Better to submit complaint to BSNL and see if it fixes. If not, You can also try to lodge complaint at BSNL|PGRMS

@ronakdangi I recently tried Fortnite and was getting around 50ms ping, which is close to what I get on Dubai server. However, pinging their Middle East and SEA server resulted in 148ms ping on average, so I guess we cannot test ping just by doing this test.
