You want your Modem to be \"Always On \" or Check your Usage ?
1. To check your usage get a 14 digit Portal ID and password from BSNL .

2. To change your modem from "Dialup" mode to always on
Go to IE : type in the address bar 192.168.1.1
Id admin password admin
Select WAN follow instructions.
Action A:If 192.168.1.1 is not opening IN IE open tools/Internet options /Privacy/ clear temporary files etc.
Action B:Still no Go, you have to reset the modem. confirm.
Action C :In your computer START run type cmd type ipconfig/all
The default gateway is the IP to open your modem.
