looking at the ad carefully, its a limited period offer (check the right side). Not sure whether both UL offer and free nov usage offer are for limited period or only the second one.Being a UL+ user, I must add that we need better speed. We don't even get 256kbps in peak hours. Unless speed improves to 512kb-1mbps I can't call it a good news.

Very great Move by BSNL..The heads in the Airtel&Reliance Broadband might be feeling the heat ..waiting for the similar offer to be implemented in the rest of the country
