Horrible browsing speed :((

OMG!What is happening to Pune BSNL ???For the past 3-4 days I'm experiencing horrible browsing speed. Even I can not open google.com and then forget about gmail or other google services. This is not only with google sites its for ALL internet sites. I'm not able to do anything now. Several times I have complained but there is no solution. They (BSNL) sends some third-party vendor who looks after the broadband complaints, but those guys are simply dumbs. They do not know ANYTHING and I afraid how come such stupid dumbs have been hired by BSNL/third-party vendor. When they come they pretend themselves like experts, but do not know ANYTHING apart from continuous desktop refresh, ping and DNS server change.Any national level grievances cell where I can put my compliant about BSNL, Pune so that these people will follow the line ? Soon I'll try to make a video of my browsing experience and will share with you all.

Did you check the telephone line till the modem end? Any hiss or cracking sound causes problem. In that case solving that will restore speed.
