horrible customercare service !

in kolkata, when v dial cc,
the recorded voice goes full round,
once,
twice,
thrice
sometimes after holding up the ph for 15 minutes
the cc optr comes on line!
horrible.

will someone help giving email id of customer care-kolkata
(like karnataka)

same problem here in punjabthe cc in ur area picks the phone but in here only recorded msg goes roundno one picks the phone:wall:

I think BSNL has not got enough call centers.........and with such a large amount of customers, the cc guys probably can't attend these calls. BSNL should do something for it..........its service is getting horrible day by day
