I don't know if it's happened to others, but I'm getting very bad pings since the last few days.
A few days ago, something happened due to which I was not able to access most websites(timeout error). Included IBF, Facebook, Youtube, even Google Search(although google.co.in main page worked fine).
Is anyone else having this error?

Nowadays, the server has been assigning me addresses from the 59.94.xxx.xxx/59.99.xxx.xxx range. Results are somewhat better when it assigns from the 117.198.xxx.xxx/117.212.xxx.xxx range.
