You should login with mobile OTP. The same number registered with BSNL.

The email I mentioned is for Ernakulam specifically, so they might not help. Also, are both service requests in self care marked as complete?

I have login with my registered mobile number but still no premium

Hotstar would have no clue. It's entirely managed by BSNL. You need to get in touch with bsnl.

I contacted BSNL but they told me that they could not activate it. They told me to contact Hotstar. They said they have sent my details to hotstar
