Release in a phased manner for free? No. Just a sampler to get you hooked. It's just like how some networks make the pilot episode available on their site or youtube before they air.I also don't think Netflix will release them in DVD/BluRay because that medium is competing against their service. In the show, Kevin Spacey talks to the audience like how Don Cheadle does in House of Lies (at least in the first season). But, the others won't freeze while he talks.

right. but they do lose out on lots of potential revenue by not licensing to other mediums. especially in markets where they are not offering their services in. there can be two possible scenarios now... 1. they license the show to be broadcast on tv in markets where they do not have a presence like india. 2. they open netflix globally but only make available this show along with other shows in time that they are financing themselves through pay per view route.

Netflix is doing a pretty bold thing by offering access to all the episodes in one go. A user can subscribe for a month and watch all the episodes in one go. Of course, this show is brand new so it is not clear how good it is. They could have easily released it in a phased manner to ensure that subscribers joining today would have to continue for a month or two more to access all the episodes. :D But then, this is a new thing they are trying and it is pretty fascinating to have access to all the shows of a brand new show in ONE GO!

Saw the first two episodes. Good show, seems to be evenly paced. Some of the dialogue seems forced though.

i hear the length is not uniform in different episodes? file sizes were very very varied. yet to check it out though. :)

they vary between 45-55 minutes in length. I guess they don't care because they do not have any advertising to fit in.

Into the 3rd Ep currently.brilliant acting by kevin. Robin too has a solid character unlike other female characters we see on T.V.Love the dialogues.

saw the first episode. loved it. kevin spacy is a great choice to play a man with a grudge. :D

saw the third episode today. love the Apple sponsorship. iPhones being used by girl's parents. imac in the office of the senator. and a dig on google.
it's however not as bad as the microsoft sponsorship in house of lies. everyone is using the lumia 920. latest episode had them showcasing wireless charger, boarding pass in airport and Nokia city lens. probably more.
